A gentle return to balance, through your feet, and deeper
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a calming, restorative therapy that works by stimulating specific points on the feet that correspond to different parts of the body. Through gentle pressure, it encourages the body to re-balance itself — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
It’s more than just a relaxing treatment. It’s a soft but powerful invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with the quiet intelligence within your body.
What to Expect
We begin with a short conversation, so I can meet you where you are, whether you’re seeking relief from stress, hormonal shifts, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm. Then, fully clothed and resting comfortably, you’ll receive a tailored reflexology treatment that invites your whole system to soften and reset.
The treatment is deeply grounding and often meditative, accompanied by soothing music, calming scents, and spacious quiet.
Reflexology sessions are available at Studio 6.02 at St Margaret’s House in Edinburgh.
