Forest Therapy

Come back to your senses. Let nature do what it does best: reconnect you.

What is Forest Therapy?

Forest Therapy (also called Shinrin-Yoku or “forest bathing”) is a slow, sensory walk through nature designed to calm your mind, regulate your nervous system, and deepen your connection to the living world around you.

It’s not about hiking or exercising. It’s about slowing down, tuning in, and letting the forest hold you the way only nature can.

What to Expect

We’ll walk slowly through a quiet woodland or green space, pausing regularly for guided invitations that help you notice, feel, and experience the natural world more intimately.

You’ll be invited to engage your senses — touch, sight, sound, breath — at your own pace. There’s no pressure to talk, share, or perform. Just presence, space, and gentle guidance.

We end with a simple tea ceremony or grounding ritual to integrate the experience.
