A grounded guide. A lifelong seeker. A woman devoted to gentle healing.

My journey into healing work didn’t begin in a classroom or a studio. It began in the quiet spaces of motherhood, in the stretch between exhaustion and love, in the forests where I caught my breath, and in the quiet pull to live in deeper alignment with nature, my body, and what truly matters.
Over the years, I’ve trained in yoga, reflexology, reiki, forest therapy, hypopressives, and nutrition. But more than titles or methods, it’s intention that has shaped my practice. I work from a place of grounded empathy, not to fix people, but to walk beside them as they rediscover their own strength and softness.
“I believe healing is remembering what your body already knows: how to rest, how to breathe, how to bloom.”
I’m especially passionate about holding space for women, particularly in those often-overlooked transitions like perimenopause, postnatal depletion, or simply the quiet unraveling that calls for something gentler. We deserve support, not pressure. Nourishment, not noise. Breath, not burnout.
Based in a lovely Studio 6.02 at St Margaret’s House, Edinburgh, Kind Earth Wellness is my way of offering that. A place for real, rooted healing. For slowing down, feeling safe in your body again, and reconnecting with what your whole self truly needs, in movement, in stillness, in nourishment, in touch.
And while I still love capturing the world through my lens and blog at Travel Learn Grow, this is where I offer my hands, heart, and full presence.
If any part of you is yearning for calm, clarity, or reconnection — you’re warmly welcome here.
