Gentle, therapeutic touch to calm, soothe, and support
What is Indian Head Massage?
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing treatment that focuses on the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp, and face, places we so often hold tension, especially in busy or emotionally demanding lives.
Rooted in ancient Ayurvedic healing traditions, this therapy works not just on muscles and circulation, but on your energy, clearing stress, calming the nervous system, and rebalancing the flow of your thoughts and emotions.
What to Expect
You’ll be comfortably seated, fully clothed. Using gentle yet firm techniques, I’ll work across your upper back, shoulders, neck, head, and face using rhythm, pressure, and presence to release physical and emotional tension.
Each session is slow and intuitive. You’ll likely leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more present in your body.
Indian Head Massage sessions are available at Studio 6.02 at St Margaret’s House in Edinburgh.
